and how. Simply put, Discovery
lays the foundations you need
for a successful IT
project.
Discovery
usually lasts around 3 or
4 days and involves us looking
at how your existing People,
Process and
Data work together.
Once we've mapped, established
and agreed what the Business
Points in your company are,
we then produce your Discovery
report.
This
is not a consultant's report
where we drop it on you and
walk away. It is a roadmap
that we, CGram, team up with
you to deliver. It lists by
section and by point, all
the things we think you can
do to improve your business
process, and its performance. |
